Taylor Morrison, Inc. has two Inland Empire master plans among the communities I track: Elderberry Park in Temecula and Alessandro in Moreno Valley. They sit at very different price points. Alessandro’s three neighborhoods start from $469,990 to $509,990. Elderberry Park’s two start at $849,990 and $1,122,543.

Taylor Morrison announced on August 26, 2026 that Sage and Pine were selling. Elderberry Park’s amenities include a pool, hot tub, pickleball court and dog park, with a planned clubhouse with a fitness center and a playground.
Warranty: California Is Different
Taylor Morrison’s general FAQ describes a 1-year workmanship warranty, a 2-year warranty on certain systems and a limited 10-year structural warranty. The same FAQ says that summary doesn’t reflect its warranties for California homes. So for a Temecula or Moreno Valley home, the real terms are in the California limited warranty that comes with your purchase documents. Ask for it early and read it before you sign.
Design Studio
Taylor Morrison’s FAQ says its Design Studio pricing includes delivery and installation timed for move-in, warranty coverage on installed items, the option to finance selections into your mortgage, sales-tax-free purchase of the items and a design consultation. Financing upgrades into the mortgage means you pay interest on them over the life of the loan, so weigh which upgrades are worth financing. Ask for the standard-features list for your community before your studio appointment.
Warranty Service
Taylor Morrison directs homeowners to request warranty service through the homeowner resources on its website.
Solar and Features
Taylor Morrison’s community pages list standard features, such as granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances at Alessandro, but didn’t describe a solar arrangement at this update. Ask for each community’s features sheet and California solar disclosure.
