Juniper has the largest plans of Taylor Morrison’s three neighborhoods at Alessandro. Its two-story homes run from 2,223 to 2,420 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, two and a half to three baths and a two-car garage. Taylor Morrison describes open-concept plans with work spaces built in.
On September 24, 2026, Taylor Morrison listed three homes already under construction on Indigo Way, all expected to be ready in October or November 2026: two Plan 8 homes (3 bedrooms, 2,223 sq ft) at $509,990 and $539,990, and a Plan 9 home (4 bedrooms, 2,420 sq ft) at $519,990. The two Plan 8 homes are marked as the last of that model. Prices on a specific home depend on the lot and the date, so confirm them when you visit.
Amenities
Taylor Morrison lists a central park with barbecues and green space, three parklets with shaded picnic spots and hangout areas, and butterfly gardens certified by the National Wildlife Federation. Ask which are finished.

Getting There
Taylor Morrison places Alessandro between the 215 and 60 freeways. Its directions to the sales area use SR-60 east to Nason Street, then Alessandro Boulevard and Bishop Street.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- HOA dues and what they cover. Taylor Morrison hadn’t published them.
- Special taxes: whether the home is in a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos), and the annual amount.
- Solar: included, leased or financed.
- Schools: check the assigned schools with the school district using the address.
