Cobalt’s published starting price was $469,990 on September 24, 2026. Earlier in September, Taylor Morrison’s search listing showed $482,990. New-home pricing moves between phases and as the builder adjusts to sales. Go by the most recent dated price and confirm it on the day you visit.

Amenities and Location
Taylor Morrison lists a central park with barbecues and green space, three parklets with shaded picnic spots and an outdoor gym, and butterfly gardens certified by the National Wildlife Federation. It places Cobalt between the 215 and 60 freeways, near Downtown Riverside and March Air Reserve Base. Its directions use SR-60 east to Nason Street, then Alessandro Boulevard and Bishop Street.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- HOA dues: Taylor Morrison hadn’t published them. Get the dues from the HOA documents.
- Special taxes: whether the home is in a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos), and the annual amount.
- Solar: included, leased or financed.
- Lot premium on the specific homesite.
- Schools: check the assigned schools with the school district using the address.
