The Homes
Every Indigo plan has four bedrooms, with two and a half to three baths and a two-car garage, in a narrow range of 1,894 to 2,022 square feet, all on two stories. If you need four bedrooms but don’t need a larger footprint, Indigo is built around that.
The models are open, so you can walk the actual layouts before choosing. Model homes usually show upgraded finishes. Ask which features are standard and which are upgrades, and get the standard-features list in writing. Taylor Morrison lists granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
Pricing
Taylor Morrison’s published starting price for Indigo is $499,990. Ask for the current price sheet, the premium on any lot you like, and whether any home is already under construction.
Amenities and Location
Indigo shares Alessandro’s amenities: a central park with barbecue areas and lawns, three parklets with shaded picnic spots and an outdoor gym, and butterfly gardens certified by the National Wildlife Federation. Taylor Morrison places Alessandro between the 215 and 60 freeways, with access to Downtown Riverside. Its directions use SR-60 east to Nason Street, then Alessandro Boulevard and Bishop Street.
Compare the Three Alessandro Neighborhoods
Cobalt starts lower, at $469,990, with 1,637 to 1,920 square feet and three to four bedrooms. Juniper starts at $509,990 with 2,223 to 2,420 square feet. Indigo sits between them on price and is the one neighborhood where every plan has four bedrooms.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- HOA dues: not published by Taylor Morrison.
- Special taxes: whether the home is in a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos), and the annual amount.
- Solar: included, leased or financed.
- Schools: check the assigned schools with the school district using the address.
