Community and Location
KB Home lists parks and walking trails, a soccer field, basketball courts and a tot lot. It cites access to I-215, Highway 74 and Highway 79. KB Home’s directions start from I-215: exit McCall Boulevard, then take Valley Boulevard, Bonanza Trail Drive and Delphinus Drive to the Ladera sales office, which handles Oak Shade sales. Tours are by appointment.
