Legado is a Lennar master plan in Menifee. Each of its four collections has four floor plans, so there are 16 plans in all. Lennar published these ranges on September 24, 2026:

Tesoro and Sonrisa overlap in price and size, so compare their floor plans side by side. Belleza is the largest collection. Its Residence Four is one of Lennar’s Next Gen® designs. Ask the sales office what that plan includes.
Amenities
Lennar’s renderings for Legado show a swimming pool, a playground and a sports field. Ask the sales office which amenities are finished and which are still planned. Amenities like these are usually funded by HOA dues. Lennar hadn’t published the dues, so ask for the HOA budget.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- HOA dues and what they cover.
- Special taxes: whether the lot is in a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos), and the annual amount.
- Solar: included, leased or financed. Lennar’s page didn’t say.
- Lot premiums and upgrades on top of the listed prices.
- Schools: assignments go by address. Confirm the schools for your specific lot with the school district.
Having Your Own Agent
Lennar’s sales consultants represent Lennar. Lennar’s published policy is that a buyer’s agent must be registered at your first interaction with a Lennar employee, and it notes that Lennar doesn’t pay cooperating broker commissions in every community.
