Estrella Is Sold Out
As of September 24, 2026, Lennar lists Estrella (24882 Lynx Ave., Moreno Valley, CA 92551) as sold out, with no homes available. It was a gated community of detached homes in four floor plans, with four to five bedrooms and 2,194 to 4,134 square feet, and a pocket park with shade structures, a tot lot and a barbecue area.
Estrella homes may come back on the market as resales. You’ll find them on the Moreno Valley neighborhoods page, or call me and I’ll watch for one.
