The Homes
Meridian’s plans run from 2,024 to 2,548 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and two and a half to three baths, and KB Home notes single-story options. You can personalize a home (about four to six months to delivery) or buy one that’s move-in ready.
Compass Pointe: Three KB Home Communities
Meridian is one of three KB Home communities inside Compass Pointe, along with Solstice and Equinox. They’re different products at different prices:

Amenities and HOA
KB Home lists a planned swimming pool, picnic area and cabana, plus planned parks and a tot lot, and places Compass Pointe next to the proposed Ontario Grand Park. These are planned or proposed, not finished, so ask for timelines.
KB Home lists “low HOA” as a community highlight but doesn’t publish the monthly amount. Ask for the HOA budget and the exact dues.
Getting Around
KB Home cites access to I-15, I-10 and Highway 60, and names Ontario International Airport, Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens as nearby. Its directions for Compass Pointe use I-15 via Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road, Archibald Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- Solar: lease or purchase, and the cost.
- HOA dues: the exact monthly amount.
- Special taxes: whether the home is in a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos), and the annual amount.
- Schools: assignments go by address. Confirm with the school district.
