Pricing and Solar
KB Home’s published starting price is $546,990. Solar isn’t in that price. KB Home’s Ontario page estimates a solar lease at about $65 to $86 a month, or a financed purchase at about $62 to $70 a month (as published September 2026). A homesite premium may also apply. Ask for the solar disclosure and the premium on your lot.
Amenities and Ontario Grand Park
KB Home lists a planned swimming pool and cabana, parks, picnic areas and a tot lot, and places Equinox next to the proposed Ontario Grand Park. These are planned or proposed, not finished. Ask the sales office for timelines.
Getting There
KB Home’s directions from I-15: exit Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road, then take Archibald Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue to Compass Pointe.

What to Confirm Before You Sign
- HOA dues, and what they cover in a townhome community (shared walls, exteriors, the pool).
- The CC&Rs, including rules on rentals, parking and exterior changes.
- Special taxes: the Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos) disclosure for your home.
- Schools: the assigned schools for the address, from the school district.
- Portal listings sometimes call this community “Compass Pointe – Equinox.” It’s the same place.
