The Homes
Pine is the larger of Taylor Morrison’s two neighborhoods at Elderberry Park. Its plans have four to five bedrooms, three to four baths and two- to three-car garages, from 2,990 to 3,353 square feet. Taylor Morrison’s plan pages show two-story designs.
Pine was listed as “coming soon” in our August records. Taylor Morrison announced on August 26, 2026 that Pine and its sister neighborhood, Sage, were selling, and both now show as pre-selling. Pre-selling means you’re buying a home before it’s built, so ask for the estimated completion date of the home you choose.

Taylor Morrison’s published starting price for Pine is $1,122,543. Ask for the current price sheet, which will also show lot premiums.
Elderberry Park Amenities
Taylor Morrison’s Elderberry Park pages list a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, open lawns, a barbecue area and a dog park, plus a planned clubhouse with a fitness center and a playground. Ask which are finished and which are still planned. Amenities like these are usually funded by HOA dues, so ask for the HOA budget.
Getting There
Taylor Morrison’s directions from I-15: exit Temecula Parkway, then take Butterfield Stage Road, De Portola Road, Falabella Drive and Clydesdale Pass. It names Old Town Temecula, Promenade Temecula, the wine country and Lake Skinner as nearby.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- The current base price for each plan, plus lot premiums.
- HOA dues, from the HOA documents.
- Special taxes: ask for the Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos) disclosure and the annual amount for your lot.
- Solar: included, leased or financed.
- Construction timing: the estimated completion date of the home you’re buying.
- Schools: check the assigned schools with the school district using the home’s address.
