Ashbrook covers the widest range, from a one-bedroom plan at 845 square feet to a three-bedroom plan at 1,815. Copper Leaf plans are three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath homes. Compare the plans within the collection that fits your budget, since each collection has its own pricing.
Amenities
Lennar lists a clubhouse, a swimming pool, parks, picnic areas and a tot lot, all within walking distance of the homes. Ask which are finished and open to residents today.
What Condo Ownership Means Here
In a condo community, the association typically handles more of the building than in a detached community, and that shows up in the dues. Read the CC&Rs before you sign, and ask what the HOA dues cover, including building insurance, exterior maintenance and the roof, and what you’d insure yourself.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- HOA dues for the master association and any sub-association for your collection. Lennar hadn’t published them.
- Special taxes: whether the home is in a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos), and the annual amount.
- Solar: how it’s handled in a condo building, and what it costs you.
- Schools: check the assigned schools with the school district using the home’s address.

Lennar’s published policy is that a buyer’s agent must be registered at your first interaction with a Lennar employee, and that Lennar doesn’t pay cooperating broker commissions in every community.
