Mystic Pointe has the smallest plans and the lowest starting price of D.R. Horton’s three Sunset Crossings communities. Its two-story homes have three to four bedrooms, two and a half to three baths and a two-car garage, from 1,583 to 1,880 square feet. D.R. Horton places it in its Express Series. Ask the sales office what’s included as standard.

D.R. Horton’s published starting price is $570,990. The sales office’s price sheet will list each available home and lot.
The Three Sunset Crossings Communities
Mystic Pointe, Vantage and Amber Sky share the Sunset Crossings name but are separate communities with separate homes and availability:

What to Confirm Before You Sign
- HOA dues and any shared amenities.
- Special taxes: whether the home is in a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos), and the annual amount.
- Solar: included, leased or financed.
- Lot premium on the home you choose.
- Schools: check the assigned schools with the school district using the address.
