The Homes
Sage is the smaller of the two Taylor Morrison neighborhoods at Elderberry Park. Its homes run from 1,994 to 2,672 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, two and a half to three and a half baths and a two-car garage. Taylor Morrison says the homes are designed with first-floor living in mind, and it describes single-story homes around the community’s amenities. Plan 2, for example, is a one-story home of 1,994 square feet. If you want everything on one level, ask which plans are single-story.
Pricing and Timing
Taylor Morrison’s published starting price is $849,990. Individual plans and lots are priced higher, so ask for a dated price sheet and compare plan by plan.
Sage is pre-selling, which means homes are being sold before they’re built. One Plan 2 home was listed as ready between December 2026 and January 2027. If you need to move by a certain date, ask for the estimated completion date of each home before you choose.
Elderberry Park Amenities
Taylor Morrison lists a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, open lawns, a barbecue area and a dog park, plus a planned clubhouse with a fitness center and a playground. They’re shared with Pine at Elderberry Park, the larger-home neighborhood next door. Ask which are finished.
Getting There
From I-15, Taylor Morrison’s directions use Temecula Parkway, Butterfield Stage Road, De Portola Road, Falabella Drive and Clydesdale Pass. Taylor Morrison names Old Town Temecula, Promenade Temecula, the wine country and Lake Skinner as nearby.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- HOA dues, from the HOA documents.
- Special taxes: the Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos) disclosure for your lot.
- Solar and lot premiums.
- Schools: check the assigned schools with the school district using the address.
