Parkview
KB Home opened Parkview in May 2026 with two neighborhoods, Arbor and Canopy. Parkview is a gated master plan at the corner of Live Oak Avenue and Village Drive in Fontana.
KB Home lists a planned swimming pool, a planned park and tot lot, and planned walking paths. It also notes that Parkview is next to Southridge Park, which has baseball fields, playgrounds, an aquatic center and courts. Ask the sales office which Parkview amenities are finished and when the others are scheduled.
The Homes and Pricing
Arbor’s homes are two-story, detached single-family designs with up to five bedrooms and three baths. KB Home builds them as personalized homes. No move-in-ready homes were listed at this update. KB Home’s published starting price is $544,990, and KB lists that price “plus cost of solar.” It says the required panels can be leased for a monthly payment or purchased for an additional cost. A homesite premium may also apply. KB Home didn’t publish square footage or a plan count on the community page, so ask for the plan sheet.
Location and Commute
KB Home describes Parkview as near I-10, I-15 and Highway 60. Its directions to the sales office start from Highway 60: take Country Village Road, then Cherry Avenue, Live Oak Avenue and Arches Drive. Test-drive your commute at rush hour before you commit.
Schools
KB Home says Parkview is in the Fontana Unified School District. Individual school assignments go by address, so confirm them with the district for the lot you choose.
What to Confirm Before You Sign
- Solar: lease or purchase, and the cost.
- HOA dues for the gated master plan, including gate operation and the planned amenities, and how dues may change as amenities open.
- Special taxes: whether the lot is in a Community Facilities District (Mello-Roos), and the annual special tax.
- Homesite premium on your lot, and design-studio pricing.
