It shares its sales office with Belmont at Sunset Ranch. The two are separate communities, so don’t assume their prices, plans or dues match.
KB Home lists pickleball and sports courts, a pool and spa, a dog park, a tot lot, picnic areas, cornhole boards, landscaped pathways and guest parking. It cites access to I-15, I-10 and Highway 60.
What to Ask
- The remaining homes, with plans and prices.
- HOA dues, and what they cover in a townhome community (shared walls, exteriors, amenities).
- Special taxes (Community Facilities District / Mello-Roos) for the specific home.
- Solar: it isn’t in the posted price. Ask for Moonstone’s solar disclosure.
- Schools: the assigned schools for the address, from the school district.
