Belmont shares its sales office with Moonstone at Sunset Ranch. Sharing a sales office doesn’t mean sharing plans, prices or dues, so treat the two as separate choices.
KB Home lists a pool and spa, picnic areas, a tot lot, a pickleball court, sports courts, cornhole boards and a dog park. It cites access to I-15, I-10 and Highway 60.
What to Ask
- Current prices for the remaining homesites and plans. KB Home’s page didn’t show a starting price at this update.
- HOA dues and what they cover.
- Special taxes (Community Facilities District / Mello-Roos) on the specific home.
- Solar: purchase or lease, and the cost.
- Schools: the assigned schools for the address.
